Academic Advising
To help students plan and prepare for their academic career, students should visit with an academic advisor. WBU Academic Advisors are available at our Main Campus, JBSA Ft. Sam Houston, JBSA Lackland, JBSA Randolph, Boerne Teaching Site, and the Rio Grande Valley. We also have Enrollment Coaches that will come to you to discuss your education goals!
Schedule an appointment with your academic advisor.
Scheduling an appointment with an academic advisor is strongly encouraged. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability. Be aware that scheduled appointments have priority over walk-ins.
New students seeking to have credits evaluated to determine the number of hours needed to complete their degree should bring copies of college and university transcripts, / transcripts, Military transcripts, DD Form 214 or DD Form 295 to the appointment.

Main Campus office hours
- 8 AM to 6 PM - M-Th
- 8 AM to 4 PM - Friday
- The main campus offices are closed weekends and university holidays.
- Offices located on the bases also follow federal holidays.
