SUBJECT: STATEMENT ON NON-DISCRIMINATION
Except in those instances where Wayland Baptist University is specifically provided written exemption by the U.S. Department of Education, the university does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, color, national or ethnic origin, age, disability or military service in its administration of educational policies, programs, activities, or in its policies regarding admissions.
The Wayland Baptist University policy on nondiscrimination shall be interpreted and administered in a manner which will promote the university's goals of providing quality education in a Christian environment.
