SUBJECT: CAMPUS TOURS

Wayland Baptist University encourages and welcomes visits to the campuses by external groups and individuals.

Plainview campus - Visits to the Plainview campus that involve prospective students or are related to student recruitment, arrangements should be made through the Office of Admissions. Activities and events associated with those visits will also be coordinated by the Office of Admissions.

When campus visits involve individuals who are not prospective students, arrangements should be made through the specific area hosting the group. Coordination of events and activities associated with those visits should also be provided by the hosting area.

Whenever there is a question about which office should provide the coordination for a visit by an external group, the decision on the appropriate office will be made collaboratively by the executive director of student services and the vice president of enrollment management, in consultation with the president. The decision about the account(s) from which funds should be taken to cover expenses associated with the provision of meals, mementoes, and so forth, will be made by the president.

External campuses- Visits to external campuses should be coordinated by the executive director/campus dean.
